With an energetic personality, innovative ideas, and a determination to ensure success, Katie has built a 15+ year career in the financial and media industry creating memorable, high‑impact events. Katie has produced events ranging from intimate gatherings to large‑scale programs of 1,000 attendees across the United States and internationally, cultivating a wide network of industry relationships along the way. Her strengths include strategic planning, content development, team leadership, vendor management, and flawless event execution. Known for her ability to elevate every detail, Katie consistently delivers events that set the industry standard. Born and raised just outside Detroit, she now resides in New Jersey.

Originally from New York City, Olivia brings more than a decade of experience producing corporate events that connect deeply with audiences and reflect each client’s unique vision. She built her foundation in the financial services industry, where she led large-scale training, education, and incentive-based programs on a global scale before co-founding and growing KO Events. Known for her patience, persistence, and solutions-oriented approach, Olivia pairs strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail—delivering calm, confident leadership from concept through execution.
